Ma and Pa Kettle at the Fair
The Kettles' eldest daughter Rosie (Lori Nelson) wants to go to college, and Ma and Pa Kettle (Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride) are at their wits' end trying to raise the money. They turn their attention to the County Fair where Ma is sure she can win the jam and bread-making contests, while Pa sets his sights on the trotting race. With Rosie's future hanging in the balance, there are plenty of surprises along the way, but things have a ridiculous, though supremely satisfying, way of always working out for the Kettles.
Ma and Pa Kettle On Vacation
Ma and Pa Kettle (Marjorie Main and Percy Kilbride) are being treated to a Parisian vacation courtesy of their daughter-in-law's parents (Ray Collins and Barbara Brown). While on the plane, gullible Pa agrees to deliver a letter to a man in Paris - and unknowingly becomes involved in a spy ring! Meanwhile, Ma deals with it all when things get too hot for Pa. When it comes to spirited high jinks, no one can top Ma and Pa Kettle.
