Kate (Clarke) works as an elf at a year-round holiday shop and faces an endless streak of bad luck and poor decision-making until she meets Tom (Golding), a kind-hearted man with a mysterious past who challenges her cynical world view. It seems like nothing can keep this mismatched couple together, but sometimes you gotta listen to your heart… and you gotta have faith. LAST CHRISTMAS is the perfect movie to enjoy with someone special and is promised to be “well worth a rewatch” (Eric Webb, Austin American-Statesman).  

 

LAST CHRISTMAS is brought to life by a talented cast led by Emilia Clarke (HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” Me Before You) and Henry Golding (Crazy Rich Asians, A Simple Favor), with Michelle Yeoh (Crazy Rich Asians, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) and Emma Thompson (Sense and Sensibility, Love Actually). At the helm is critically-acclaimed Director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, A Simple Favor). Thompson co-writes alongside Greg Wise (Sense and Sensibility, Netflix’s “The Crown”) and playwright Bryony Kimmings. Both Feig and Thompson produce the film in conjunction with BAFTA® winner David Livingstone (Judy, “Brassic”), Sarah Bradshaw (The Mummy, Maleficent) and Jessie Henderson (A Simple Favor, The Heat). 

 

LAST CHRISTMAS features the music of George Michael, including the bittersweet titular holiday classic. The film showcases a never-before-heard track by the legendary, Grammy-winning artist, who sold more than 115 million albums and recorded 10 No. 1 singles over the course of his iconic career.
